We're Building an Energy-efficient NYC

NYC Accelerator is decarbonizing NYC’s building stock to help our city achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Since 2015, our team of experts has provided free assistance to over 9,000 buildings — boosting energy performance and savings, improving air quality and comfort for occupants, and helping building owners comply with local laws and avoid fines. NYC Accelerator is sponsored by the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice.
