This session will guide building owners, property managers, and Registered Design Professionals (RDPs) through Local Law 97 (LL97) requirements, with a special focus on affordable housing and houses of worship, which are subject to Article 321. You’ll learn about the available compliance pathways and how to navigate them effectively.
