Patrick O'Donnell, the founder and Principal engineer of the company has been working in the energy efficiency and clean energy sector since 2009 with a diverse experience in building systems design, optimization, and project development and implementation including financing. I partner with existing lender teams or project teams to add specialized technical assistance including: technical underwriting and analysis, risk management/alignment assessment and implementation, project development, project management, and impact measurement. For added capacity or specialized expertise as a small company, I often partner with other engineers or specialized consultants to ensure your project runs smoothly and there are no gaps.
