Thermal Energy HQ is a U.S. manufacturer of modular thermal energy storage solutions designed to support domestic hot water, heating and cooling, heat pump, and building electrification applications.
Our core product, the ThermalTank™, is a modular, on-site assembled thermal storage tank available in sizes ranging from 80 to 700 gallons. Its lightweight, modular design allows the tank to be transported through standard doorways and assembled within existing mechanical rooms, making it particularly well suited for retrofit projects where access, space, and installation logistics can be challenging.
Thermal Energy HQ systems can be integrated with air-to-water heat pumps and other thermal energy sources to store energy for use when needed, supporting load shifting, peak-demand reduction, equipment optimization, and building decarbonization strategies.
In addition to thermal storage tanks, we provide heat exchanger options, system integration and design support, and access to controls solutions through our technology partner. We work alongside engineers, mechanical contractors, heat pump manufacturers, and other project partners to help develop thermal storage solutions appropriate for each building's needs.
