Perennial Empire is a full-suite interior general contractor working across the five boroughs of New York City. We self-perform interior finishes, including painting, wall coverings, flooring, carpentry and cabinetry. Envelope, window, door, electrical and lighting scopes are delivered through our qualified subcontractor base, including licensed and master electricians, with Perennial holding the contract, the schedule and the site. Most of our work is in occupied affordable and public housing, where we run apartment turns, common area upgrades and building-wide programs while residents stay in place. Recent projects include a 13.5 million dollar full interior gut renovation at NYCHA Courtlandt and Moore, and PACT bundles in Manhattan and Brooklyn covering more than 2,300 occupied units. That occupied-building experience is what we bring to retrofit work: tenant coordination, phasing, access management and schedule control on projects that cannot shut a building down. We work across prevailing wage, open shop and limited union agreement jobs, and we are a registered Section 3 Business Concern.
