About
Kelvin transforms radiator-heated buildings with their smart insulated radiator covers known as "The Cozy" or Thermostatic Radiator Enclosure (TREs). By providing each resident in a building with room-level temperature control, The Cozy eliminates both over and underheated apartments and reduces heating expenses and carbon emissions by 25% on average. Kelvin is also pioneering Adaptive Electrification technology, which deploys free heat pumps that work dynamically with boilers, so electric heat is used only when affordable. Together, this platform reduces a building's carbon footprint by 80%, for less than 10% of the cost of a traditional full electrification retrofit.
