Many property owners, operators and boards have already paid for an energy audit or LL87 report from an energy consultant, only to be left wondering what to actually do with it. We take that report from paper to reality, helping boards interpret the findings and translating them into practical, realistic recommendations based on our data and experience, then supporting implementation every step of the way. This includes capital project planning for efficiency upgrades such as windows, insulation, and boilers, contingency-based cost reduction of energy and water consumption, and owner's representation for energy retrofit construction. We also provide strategic advisory on financing and incentives available for efficiency projects, and incorporate energy efficiency improvements into FISP-related building envelope work, helping buildings stay compliant while building long-term value.
