FEAT Solutions provides independent energy efficiency, building optimization, and sustainability consulting for New York City property owners and managers. We help clients reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs, improve building-system performance, and prepare for Local Law 97 compliance.

Our services include energy audits and assessments, energy conservation measure development, HVAC and building-system optimization, building automation and controls, utility and energy-use analysis, incentive program guidance, project feasibility and savings validation, and ongoing energy management.

FEAT Solutions takes a building-first approach—evaluating each property’s existing systems, operations, energy consumption, and long-term goals before recommending capital improvements.
